Something weird and bright in the sky tonight, means a few faces were missing but still a good turnout from the dedicated ones shown in the video. Hello to Chloe who was on her first trial lesson. Sophia demonstrated how awesome my mini Krav crew are by suggesting Chloe gets student of the week because she’d noted her burpees were excellent and she was concentrating well. Good work Chloe and Sophia you rock! Fantastic work at our ladies class with releases from chokes from behind. Well done to Ali and Leah for pushing yourselves out of your comfort zone! Busy day tomorrow speaking at Urban Reef for Iceni Wellbeing and then off to BH Live Active for more kids Krav. #happy

Instead of my FAQ Friday and me chuntering on I thought I’d share this video testimonial from Jake. He’s a founder member of FKMDorset at Bournemouth and watching him progress with his Krav, get fitter and become more confident has been an utter joy. Thanks Jake for your commitment and for taking the time to do this.

Fantastic evening at Focus KM Dorset tonight. With a few regular faces missing in both the kids and ladies only class we had a bear hug bonanza! Well done to Ava and Lucie who were both chosen as student of the week in the kids class by Kayleigh. Brilliant work in the summary drill by all our ladies but especially Alex! Great to be back folks.

Look out for our FAQ Friday FB Live at 2pm this afternoon. After a couple of weeks off I’ll be talking about the recent grading and the benefits of grading if that’s what you’d like to do.

So we finish up our last class at BH Live tonight after a busy day teaching. Started out with 26 young ladies at a local grammar school, with a great 1-2-1 client who really knows how to kick some serious butt! Loved the energy at the Bournemouth kids class tonight. Jake gets student of the month for his determination in his grading and also for pushing himself out of his comfort zone with public speaking. Well done Jake. He chose Jasper as student of the week. Thanks for an eggscellent week of Krav and see you all week after next!

So much fun tonight at Poole High with first the kids class, then teens and ladies. Student of the month for Poole kids class is Felicity. She narrowly missed out on getting best performance at the grading to Oli, so I wanted to recognise her hard work. Well done to the teens and ladies who worked amazingly hard at rolls and fighting get ups. Some impressive performances.

Huge thanks to everyone that came along today for the grading. Shout out to Darren and Kayleigh who were assisting me. It’s takes a bit of organising and I’m very grateful to them. For the students, I asked you to do your best and you were all brilliant. I am a very proud instructor tonight.
