So this morning we thought we would try something new. We paid The Skinny Kitchen a visit in Bournemouth for breakfast. The Skinny Kitchen's menu is filled with fitness inspired food. All of their food aims to satisfy the needs of various diets. These being anything from high protein/low carb to animal friendly meals. With all locally sourced natural ingredients being used......Such as free range eggs and meat all to then be freshly cooked. I can say we all enjoyed our breakfast this morning. The food was lovely, freshly made and you can tell the difference! The Skinny Kitchen is for everyone to try out!! They have something for everyone!! Give it ago everyone!! #trysomethingnew

Breakfast some people say is the most important meal of the day? Do you agree? I do and always like to make sure I feel energised for the day ahead. Try something as easy and simple as what I've had this morning?..... Natural porridge oats, banana, grapes, yoghurt and honey 👌🏻. Very simple, easy to make and tastes great!! There's so many other healthy toppings you could try. #Breakfast #Fuel 👍🏻.

On such a beautiful day I couldn't not go for my run outside today. 2 laps around Poole park lake felt brilliant then some intervals on the rowing machine to end! How's your training been today? #RunningGoals 💪🏻

Today's gym routine consisted of.... rowing intervals to begin, followed by a range of different leg and core exercises using the fantastic Kinesis machine. I also included a few matt exercises for back and core strength 💪🏻. #TrainingHard
