The Brief: Football (Celtic) and Sheep The Requested Flavours: Pistachio and Peppermint The Outcome: Single Tier Pistachio and Elderflower Cake (gluten free), sandwiched with citrus buttercream and topped with fondant. Decorative plaque made from peppermint cream, fondant and royal icing.

Work in progress. "Trillionaires' Cake". Chocolate truffle cake sandwiched with salted caramel custard, topped with gooey caramel and enrobed with white chocolate ganache. Think I'll add a disk of tempered dark chocolate on top.
