As you’re aware this session is usually a drop in session but with so much going on we have created an Event Invite to ensure we have enough numbers to run it. So please come and join us for the last Circuits session of 2017 from Escofit! 💪 It’s your last chance to HIIT away those calories before your Christmas consumption!
