Congratulations to Colin Francis on receiving his 1st Dan Black Belt. Colin has a number of years experience in many martial arts from kung fu, taekwondo, street self defense now has this amazing achievement to add from his hard earned training. Also adding to Colin's knowledge and achievements has also done his instructor training courses through RDC which also qualifies Colin as full kickboxing instructor. Well done Instructor Colin 👍👍

I had the pleasure tonight of presenting Maxine Daley with her 1st Dan Black Belt. This lady has put everything into this grade level and definitely earned this achievement after the 4 hour 50 minutes grading. Well done you're amazing. 😊👍👍
