Request by a professor who came for a weekend teaching at Aberdeen University. A healthy breakfast. It's onions, tomatoes and spring onions omelette served with cucumber. It's my favourite too. Looks good and tastes good.....mmmm

It's Chinese Mooncake Festival this coming Thurs 15th Sept. All my guests have been enjoying my homemade mooncakes since last week. I make 2 types, chick pea and red bean mooncakes. More mooncakes to make for everyone who come to stay this week and next week. Happy Mooncake Festival!

Roti Telur (Layered Pancake Egg Rolls) served with chilli sauce and some salad for breakfast. A look at it and guest wants it again the next day! On first bite....'This is very very delicious'. Happy to serve my guests good breakfasts.

More request for Malaysian Country Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng Kampung) for breakfast. It's spicy (can be adjusted) with added crispy anchovies and mixed vegetables. It's my breakfast too today! One of my top favourites. Feel like I'm in Malaysia :D
