Backworth Community Village Hall
Description
Backworth Village Hall is situated within Backworth Village though it is the centre of a community which includes surrounding estates. The Hall runs organised activities at different times during the week and is available for private booking, (parties etc). Cost of hire is starts at £7 per hour for activities and classes but differ slightly for parties, which also require a £10 returnable security deposit. The hall consists of small entrance foyer with two large storage cupboards, this leads onto a spacious hall that holds 100 people (chairs and tables are available), there are ladies and gents toilets to the rear of the hall and at the front a fully equiped kitchen with serving hatch. Looking for somewhere to have your child’s birthday party? The Hall is usually available on Sundays and it costs £20 to hire it for the afternoon. Saturdays are available in the school holidays.
