Two years ago I was overweight. On my honeymoon I realised enough was enough when my thighs were bleeding and I was exhausted.

I took charge, lost weight and got fit! It's been a tough journey, but I have never looked back!

Sunday shouts outs to my two girls! Laura and Katie!! Both ladies have determination, work hard there is no stopping them now! Katie started running last year and training hard and is pushing herself to new levels! Challenging herself to another half marathon in a few months! This time last year she would have laughed her head off if you would have said that to her And Laura is stronger than ever! Deadlifting and squatting a whole person most of the time in weight and has made my tractor tyre her bitch! Just look at their clear results!!!!! Keep going ladies! So proud of you both! OMG I am sooooooo buzzing and proud of Sara!! Our first session she couldn’t manage 1 Burpee, that was 3 weeks ago and then today she smashed out 45!!!!!! Her determination and drive the last 3 weeks is inspiring! Sara you have 100% got this!! #Alittlebitstronger

#ThrowbackThursday It used to be all about the scales! The weekly weigh in and the number on the scales! It soon became about how it all made me feel! And then it was about my whole life changing!! Training makes me feel alive! It makes my heart race and make mefeel excited and that I could literally take on the world! But training other people........That has again taken me to a new place and I love helping and driving people find their new goals and Do things they never thought the could do!
