Local Barber Shop Refurb
Refurbished a local High Street Barber shop. Completed a challenging job within budget and agreed time frame (4 working days). This was made possible by longer working hours and frequent dialogue with the client. The project included: - Transform the barber shop with a simple design that has clean edges; which incorporated the business' colour scheme to bring in a sense of space and elegance. - Procuring and delivering all materials for the project - Remove all existing fixings and materials on the walls. - Reinforcing bare plasterboard with white made-to-measure MDF melamine panels to support worktops, wall fixings and to provide and clean, durable surface which is easy to clean. - Design and build bespoke worktops which are robust and easy to clean. - Simple joinery. - Redesign, build and fit appointment booking area. - Design and build new electrical distribution box. - Stain block and paint remaining walls. - Repair existing damaged doors and door frames.
