Hi my name is Sandra Bickmore the proud owner of Corefit and Bodifit.

Corefit has been established for 15 Years, I have been in the  Fitness Industry for over 20,Teaching a wide range of classes.  The Fully Equipped Pilates  Studio is based within Virgin Health Club Chigwell IG8 8GN

My Goal is to achieve your Goal whether it be weight loss, Flexibility Mobility , Functional training,  Pre and post natal, Sports Injuries, Toning. Sports specific.  Energy Flows Where Attention Goes .

Bodifit Is my brand new Venture I have Gone back into the World of Teaching,  I was inspired by A brand New Concept that has Bought Together all The Elements Of Fitness That I Love Pilates, Yoga, Ballet and Dance all Rolled into One Fantastic Class THE BOOTY BARRE , FLEX & FLOW And coming very Shortly        . I was very Honoured to be asked to take the first Training course and be the First of 20 Girls in the Uk to Train, The Class Is Fantastic you see results have lots of fun and is suitable for everybody.  The Booty Barre is at The All Star Kickboxing Gym Woodford Green Essex On A Wednesday Morning at 10.30-11.30   Thursday Evening at 8.00-9.00 Pm  Friday at Life in Brick lane , 5.15-615 Pilates Flow, 6.30-8.00 Booty Barre/Flex & flow there will be more classes to follow looking forward to seeing you .
