It's that time of year again - Happy Carnival Day everyone! It looks like we've finally got the weather and it's gonna be a scorcher! So don't forget the sunscreen and drink plently of water. The Carnival Committee look forward to seeing you out on the streets cheeering on the promenaders in the Grand Parade and supporting all the stalls and entertainments down on West Park later on.
