Collect or have delivered locally same day with deliveries further afield regularly East Midlands pet and reptile supplies trades along side BestPriceBugs. Both owned and run by Lisa and Jay Mullaney.
Bestpricebugs was formed completely by accident and due to the popularity very quickly progressed into selling a full and complete range of pet supplies. Bestpricebugs name didn't quite fit the bill so East Midlands pet & reptile supplies (EMPRS for short) was formed.
Again due to the high demand of goods, we took on our first business premises. A 1600sq ft sales unit. On the 1st of August 2014 we opened the doors to the general public.
This was a big risk to take as unlike many new business ventures, we didn't have any financial backing. We could only purchase more stock once we had sold some of the other stock. Actually this is still the case now.
However the past 8 or so weeks has proved we made the correct choice. East Midlands pet and reptile supplies along with bestpricebugs is becoming Leicestershires biggest pet supplier and we owe this all to you, our customers.
So with a big heart, we would like to thank each and every person that has been to see us.
We would also like to welcome our newest members of staff to the team. Our middle daughter Danika.
Danika will be joining the family business not only serving customers in the shop but also behind the scenes, sourcing new products at the fantastic prices that you've all come accustomed to.
Along with Danika we've also got Elliott our middle son who looks after our building and repairs.
A family run business run by a close knit family that looks forward to helping you in anyway we can.
