Bridal makeup & hair work

Just letting all my clients know that I’ve got a very busy weekend with wedding fairs, client consultations & bookings so if you’re waiting for an invoice, email confirmation or a reply to an enquiry then I will be getting back to everyone on Monday which is my admin day. If you are thinking about a career in makeup artistry or just want to refresh your existing skills then this is for you- We are doing courses with only a maximum of 4 people learning. So you get a lot of guidance & support throughout. The course will be taught by myself and another very experienced artist and you will need to bring a model. (We can provide one if you are stuck) You will learn 6 different looks over 3 days so it’s intense but very in-depth. Looks we cover- Bridal, Asian bridal, festival, cut crease, liner focus, securing glitters & pigments. (These can be adapted to your skillset) As well as everything from skincare to contour. This course is for all levels from beginners to advanced as you go at your own pace with help at every step. Anything you’re stuck with, we are there to help & guide you. Courses start in April with an introductory price 3 days (11am-£6pm) Courses will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the brand new studio in Kirkstall. Course includes- ◦ A full kit extensive kit to use ◦ A certificate of recognition ◦ Training manuals with step by steps to refer back to ◦ Full extensive product and tool list ◦ Lots of information to help you grow as a freelancer- How to take the best pictures, promotional development/marketing. ◦ Ongoing support once you leave This is a great way to brush up on your skillset and cover a range of looks as well as get some amazing pictures for your portfolio. Places are limited as we really don’t want to teach more than 4 students a day, allowing us to give 100%. VERY LIMITED SPACES LEFT

So just 22 days ago I had a vision... to open my very own makeup studio & training academy. Obviously this wasn’t just a new vision. It’s been a dream of mine for years but 22 days ago I woke up and thought it’s now or never! What’s stopping me? The problems I faced were turned into solutions & today, 22 days later I opened my first very own studio & training academy! I’ve worked day and night, retrained, wanted to quit, lost my way a few times, cried tears of joy and frustration (all just in 22 days 😂) & finally I’m where I’ve always wanted to be. It doesn’t feel real. Thank you to all my amazing clients for making it possible. Thanks for believing in me. Not just in the 22 days, but in the 15 years since I began my makeup artistry journey... And I hope to see you all in the studio very soon 😘

So who would or know someone who would be interested in doing a makeup course at my academy? As well as myself there will be another very experienced tutor. Courses will be for qualified and non qualified artists to brush up their skillset, beginners or self taught artists, anyone just wanting to ‘learn their own face’ and just makeup lovers who want the latest product knowledge!
