We are delighted to open our doors to you and give you a very warm welcome to your new state-of-the-art Family Entertainment Centre based right here in Inverness.
As parents ourselves, and having frequented many a soft play venue over the past two decades, our aim was really quite simple; to provide a fantastic venue for children as well as their parents….we want your visit to be as enjoyable as your child’s.
For the Kids….
Frankie & Lola’s boasts a large, exciting Safari-themed play frame with a completely separate candy themed soft play area for the pre-schooler’s as well as a two little purpose-built shops for the little ones with age-specific toys available for all, not forgetting our babies....
For you....
We wanted to provide a brilliant hub for parents/carers alike to meet. Somewhere where you know you are going to get a fantastic cup of Italian coffee (to go with your already delicious cake!), somewhere with comfortable seating and free wi-fi and somewhere that’s as enjoyable for you as it is for the kids!
So….. whilst your children rumble in our jungle, sit back, relax and let the adventure begin….. ☺

Our team waving off Milton Nursery who visited us this morning! 👋 It was great to see you all! 😀 If you would like your school, nursery or indeed other group like Rainbows to visit us, here are some options for you to choose from: 💚Option 1:- All schools and nurseries get reduced entry to Frankie & Lola's with diluting juice included for £3. 💛Option 2:- Two hour plays in Frankie & Lola's plus a snack of toast and juice or milk for £4.25 💙Option 3:- our most popular choice! Two hours play in Frankie & Lola's plus a yummy snack of toast, milk, cheese, strawberries, apples and oranges for £4.95 These are available during term time, Monday to Friday. This multi-award winning luxury artisan ice cream, made with lashings of either double cream or clotted cream, has a smooth, creamy texture and is utterly addictive! The range is also made using genuine gelato inclusions and real fruit filings. We can’t get enough of it! We also have a purpose-built “toy town” for the little ones. It has age-specific toys available for all, not forgetting our babies! We have also created a brilliant hub for parents and carers alike to meet. Somewhere you know you will get a fantastic cup of Italian coffee and if you are hungry, something tasty and nutritious to eat. We also have comfortable seating and free wi-fi.
