I would like to say sorry to my sister Lisa Arsenault who works very hard at my shop and unfortunately today people who don't even know her decided to attack and slander her on Facebook. We had a costumer that wanted a used windshield and when it broke we could no longer sell it to him and couldn't locate another used windshield in the area that wasn't already chipped, he flipped and wouldn't except that fact that we couldn't do anything about the situation at the moment and in return made a post on facebook and slandered Lisa and my business over it. We tried our best to fix this situation and called other junk yards on the island and the only one I could find was more money plus we had to go there and cut it out ourselves, I was willing to loose on it to fix the costumer up but there was no fix because he demanded he get a new windshield. To make this clear we didn't damage his windshield and it wasnt touched or removed. Lisa was called every name in the book and it wasn't right! All because this customer was upset and turned to Facebook because he couldn't get a new windshield out of this situation. His grand father personally came to see me and told me he was sorry for how this happened and knew we tried our best. Lisa didn't deserve this and no she is not a bitch she was just doing her job! So since this disrespectful kid couldn't get the used windshield on our yard (which was already chipped)and broke upon removal and we couldnt find any other used one around without a chip, he then somehow thought we should get him a new windshield at no extra cost which he demanded. Its very sad that people are going to bash someone without knowing or even understanding the real matter of the situation. So just to clarify this for everyone... we didn't break anyone's windshield but our own which was on removal and Lisa only said stop winning over it after being harassed for hours and also over her lunch break for a matter that clearly couldn't be fixed and it was not a legitimate complaint so I was not going to give her authorization to spend my money to put a new windshield in a car for no reason especially after being demanded to do so!! The videos and our comments you see are after the fact of being slandered on Facebook and Lisa only said to stop winning after this customer and his family/friends complained continuously and proceeded to call the shop and Lisa's personal cell phone muliple times. So again sorry Lisa for the ignorant comments people left about you not even knowing you or the situation.
