****Wednesday UNstructured freestyle**** Tonight’s session of UNstructured freestyle will not be running tonight due to some improvements taking place in the gym. Structured freestyle will be on as normal.

A Fantastic weekend of results for CSG girls from the East Region National grades held at Pipers Vale on 15th April... In Grade 4 Sophie Rice, Orkney Elkin, Katie Yallop and Megan Long all passed their grades with fantastic scores, whilst Cherish Hayward finished in Bronze medal position, earning herself a place in the East Region Team that will compete in the National finals in Stoke during May. Grade 3 saw Kayleigh Gazmuri-Symmes, Tegan Abel, Felicity Markham-Lee, Dee Lindsay, Sadie Gould and Emmie Beale all pass while Thalia Perry placed 3rd, qualifying for a place in the East team and travelling to Stoke in May In Grade 2 Hattie Lowden, Vinuki Peries and Karena Child all passed, with Crystal Clark securing her place in the East team by finishing in 3rd. And finally in Grade 1, Jasmine Morton had a clean competition to pass her grade with flying colours. Congratulations to all gymnasts and coaches on these superb results!!

Nails by Tayla at the gym all day today. Proceeds to Boys Portugal fund.

Tomorrow we will have Tayla at the gym helping the boys try to fundraise for their competition in Portugal. She will be offering IBD gel nails for £20 or a hand and arm massage for £10. No need to book she will be at the gym from 9am-4:30pm.

Due to maintenance in the gym, there will be no Adult Gymnastics on Monday the 16th April!

The boys completed one of their fundraising challenges yesterday. 2,093 circles, representing the 2,093 kilometres between CSG and Porto. They have the blisters to prove it. Huge congratulations to George Dobson and Harvey Bell at the English championship qualifier today. George came 1st in the 17+ silver male category and Harvey came 2nd in the 15-16 silver male category. This should mean that they have qualified for the English championships in October and we will wait for their official invitation.
