Wow what an evening of sparring!! You would pay to watch Spencer Hammarton and Luke Glanville every round is like round 9 of Gatti Ward! Ryan Wards sparring didn’t show so Rob Elden jumped in and I don’t think I’ve seen so many punches thrown by two fighters ever insane pace! Great rounds for Jake Jemmott and Ashley hawthorn, impressive stuff from all tonight brilliant to watch and observe some amazing improvements all round 🥊

💥All of our amateurs💥 If you’re going back to school In the coming days, and you see someone who is new or doesn’t have many friends because they’re not popular, can’t afford the same sort of clothes etc.... say hello make them feel a bit better about themselves who knows what they may be going through.

Amateur boxing is a completely not for profit sport and it costs quite a lot ferrying kids up and down the country so that we can get the best out of our local young people. Please pop into the gym and drop a couple of quid into the pot and help us create champions 🥊
