Vulnerable customer visited yesterday morning, boiler replaced and HUGE new radiator fitted in freezing bedroom today. 18hr turnaround.

What a horrible night! Heating now on most of the time too. Another busy week on the tools; flue extension, new plate heat exchanger on a combi for intermittent hot water and several Landlords keeping themselves legal with a new Certificate in their rentals to name but a few. Few spaces tail-end of next week before off with kids holidays. Keep in touch 📞

Landlords Record and Service done today on a boiler in Dunfermline. Case screw missing and boiler left “Immediately Dangerous” by previous engineer 2yrs ago. Repaired and all working normally now. Gas Safe = Live Safe
