Lil bit of shoulders and triceps tonight 💪🏻
Trying to get back in to this swimming nonsense. Well, I say swimming but I mean sploshing about in the pool and trying to extend the time in the pool before I get fed up and get out. I've improved over last week by about 30 seconds. On the plus side, it's not true that they have stuff in the water that turns blue when you pee. 😉 🏊🏼💦 ⏱ 🎱 pool, ha ha.
