Customer Notice: Nicola was unable to serve on The Chilli Van today (Thur 29/08) as she had to go home feeling unwell. Stuart bravely battled on as he felt OK (what a trooper!) 😁. It turns out Nicola has picked up a stomach bug (probably whilst on holiday these past few days). Food hygiene regulations stipulate a minimum 48 hour window before food can be handled or served, so The Chilli Van we will not be able to open tomorrow (Fri 30/08). So sorry about this - but customer safety comes first. We hope to be back to normal for Monday.
