Perfect evening for canter work 👍🏼 siren did 6 laps of the gallops (each lap is about half a mile) in 10.5 minutes. Not the pace he needs for the level of eventing he is at, but good pace for getting him fit. He loved it and finished full of running and ready to go again. Hacking really has got him very fit!
