Over 16s freestyle gymnastics takes place tonight 7:30pm-9:00pm. Train, bounce, flip and fly!

NOTICE Following a recent meeting of the Board of Trustees, it has been decided that the club will close on all bank holidays with immediate effect. The club usually closes for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day as part of our Christmas closure anyway. This time our Christmas closure shall also include Monday 2nd January 2017. Our Christmas closure shall therefore be 24th December 2016 to 2nd January 2017 inclusive. In future, customers will not be invoiced for any sessions that would normally be held on bank holiday Mondays or Good Friday and the club shall be closed on these days.

THROWBACK THURSDAY In July 2011 we became the first gymnastics club in the country to open a gym dedicated to FreeG (Freestyle Gymnastics). Here's a shot of the gym when it first opened. It looks a bit different now but we're pleased of it's evolution and it's place in our club's history. We love FreeG here at 1066 and the variety of participants, volunteers and opportunities that it has brought to the club.

Thank you to everyone who submitted entries to our TeamGym level 5 and level 6 competition on Sunday 27th November. We shall be in touch within a couple of weeks with a running order and timetable for you all.

Our after school recreational classes are lots of fun and allow budding gymnasts to work on badges and try their hand at a variety of apparatus with our qualified coaching team. We currently have over 350 local children enjoying weekly one hour classes with us and there are just a handful of spaces currently available.
