Bring & Buy Sale Raises £465

The Sara Lee Trust would like to say a big thank you to Trust Fundraising Group Member, Dee Blake, for hosting a hugely successful Bring and Buy sale at her home in Cooden on Friday, which raised an amazing £465.64 for the Trust.

We would like to say a big thank you to Tim Hodgson, Mark Bunker and Dave Haggar who took part in the London Marathon last April and have raised an incredible £5,013 for the Trust. What am amazing achievement! If you would like to run the London Marathon on behalf of the Trust - we have guaranteed places for April 2017 (deadline Feb 3rd!) and April 2018 for runners who can commit to raising £1,750 for the Trust. In 2017 The Sara Lee Trust will be opening a Therapy Centre in Sidley for local people living with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, and their loved ones. If you or somebody you have cared for have used the services of the Trust you could become a member of the Trust’s Service User Group and contribute to the development of this important new local service.
