The Minishant is a family run restaurant on the A77 just 3 miles south of Alloway. Mark and Rhona Beattie bought it in 2010 and have created a relaxed atmosphere while providing excellent service. Their son, Ryan is the Head Chef. He always ensures that his young and enthusiastic team of chefs constantly provide food that cannot be matched in Ayrshire for quality and value. Mark runs the front of house to a very high standard and makes sure that everyone is made to feel welcome.
