Have you said one of these or similar before ? Don’t look to hate on others. Self pity doesn’t burn calories. We are all unique. Age , height , shape , environment and a million other variables. Monday’s should always be your power day. On Sundays , even with it being old firm day ha , I always plan my week out. - FOOD / DIET - RITUALS ( Morning meditation , journaling etc) - TRAINING ( what days etc) - GOALS (Personal and business) This way I leave less room for guessing , which just usually means time wasting. I love MONDAY because I get to execute the plans and get closer to the end goal. Have a think about the above four areas on your breaks today or whenever you get a spare moment. Write down something for each one and make it happen. Big sessions planned all week!!
