På sportlovets sista dag hyrde Ludde en gympasal. Glada barn, musik, fotboll och lite fika förstås. Gladast är nog Johanna som fick vara med litegrann.
#TBT to a in-depth high grade seminar not long ago. Still have everything fresh in mind and actively processing it. Knowledge about things are useless if you can't find a way to use or incorporate it into situations or life itself.
The yearly yondan++ in-depth study seminar with Sensei C. Mansfield from UK is at end. The cup is once more filled over the brim. It is so wonderfull how everything expands and get more complex, wider and deeper the more you study and understands it. Simpler at the same time as more complex. I have choosen a very rewarding path to follow. Rewarding for heart, mind, body and spirit. Permeating everything in life with it's positive effects.
