I have this passion and vision where people especially women just stop restrictive dieting, stop looking outside themselves in relation to weight issues. Instead learning to relay on and trust themselves, learn to love and respect their bodies, learn to self-relegate around food, eating when they want, what they want and how much they want but that they are connected with themselves and their bodies, they are in charge and know what they do want. That they can appreciate and enjoy food and also appreciate and enjoy life with a feeling of self-worth and confidence! ITS TIME TO STOP DIETING! please like and share if you agree.

Stop Dieting The very idea of never dieting again can feel very scary, sure I would just end up eating all in sight all the time!! I would be totally out of CONTROL! Giving our control over to a diet regime at first feels good after all we are doing something, this weight issue might get fixed, until the restriction leads to feelings of being deprived which in turn leads to cravings and giving in, which often leads to a binge and then feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. Maybe that diet didn't suit us so we go searching for another diet or supplement or programme- another fix, we want a miracle, something outside of ourselves that will do it. Maybe we are looking in the wrong place, what if there was no outside fix. What if we turned it around and started looking internally. We are the miracle if we learn to trust ourselves!
