We all know how important it is to be involved in sport. Unfortunately due to the coaches having important matches tonite ( the season is nearly over for them) we have to cancel boxing training. We will see you all Monday.

Tullow Amateur Boxing Club AGM rescheduled to FRIDAY 6th Sept at 6pm. Everyone welcome.

We received an email today from the IABA in relation to the National Novice Finals stating that under AIBA rules boxers who are ENGAGED in other physical contact sports are not allowed to compete. What a disgrace in this day and age where we are supposed to be promoting health and fitness. If a boxer is even a member of e.g. Karate or any of the other sports listed they cannot compete😠

REMINDER- we are back training tonight for the older class ages 11 to adults at 7-45 to 9 no one can train unless membership form is filled in and membership is payed in full do not come looking to train if u haven't done so u will be turned away. Forms are in the club for anyone that once 1.also not many places left . Kids classes be back very soon .

Don't forget registration for the older class ages 11 - adults is TOMORROW night Wednesday 7th August in the club from 630 - 8. EVERYONE must be registered to take part in the classes.

REGISTRATION FOR OLDER CLASS AGE 11 - ADULTS NEXT WEDNESDAY AUGUST 7th FROM 630-8pm IN THE CLUB. The older class will commence Monday 12th August. Classes Monday and Wednesday 745 - 9 and Friday 7 - 8. Membership for the year is €20. Families with more than 1 member costs €20 membership for 1st person and €10 for additional members. MEMBERSHIP MUST BE PAID TO PARTAKE IN CLASSES. REGISTRATION FOR YOUNGER CLASS AGE 8 - 11 SEPTEMBER 9TH WITH CLASSES STARTING THE FOLLOWING WEEK. Classes are €3 per night. Newcomers welcome.
