A Pretty Dramatic Transformation. This implant reconstruction was complicated as there were two impacted canine teeth in the maxilla. These were removed conservatively with simultaneous bone grafting palatally. Three dental implants were later placed. The remaining upper teeth were crowned. The lower teeth were bonded with tooth coloured filling. The bite was reorganized and opened. A complex case that took 9 months to complete.
