Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm currently doing exercise plans and diet plans for €25 each. Heres a picture of one of my clients Cillian Walsh with his 12 week transformation. 210kg Deadlift PR with all warm ups after 100kg. It is important to treat every rep and weight the same way and try to always have the same form/technique.

Well lads, This summer I'm going to be offering online coaching. So il be doing custom workout programs, diet programs and online personal training. This is basically for 6 or 12 weeks I will coach you providing workouts to do, a diet to follow and regular check-ins to track your progress and make changes to the workouts and diet as they are needed.
