It amazes me how we can spend 100's euro on our hair, new clothes, nights out and entertainment, trips away ect... on a regular basis but yet when it comes to spending money on our heath to keep our body in good condition (the only body we will ever have), some of us will not invest at all. In my opinion your physical and mental health should be a priority because if you don't have that what do you have? You'd invest thousands in a new car but not in your own health? I don't get it.

Class is running this week as normal Monday intermediate at 7pm Monday beginner's is at 8pm I AM NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR FRESH COMPLETE BEGINNER GROUP ON A MONDAY NIGHT AT 8PM. ANYONE WHO WANTS MORE OF A CHALLENGE NEEDS TO MOVE UP TO INTERMEDIATE CLASS AS BEGINNER CLASS WILL STAY AT BEGINNER LEVEL. See you all later 😊😊

Class this evening is as usual Beginner's at 6.30pm Intermediate at 7.30pm Note: if anyone wants measurements come early before class. Did you know: that one portion of carb is the size of your fist for pasta, rice, potato ect.....and one slice of bread is 1 carb. Carbs = sugar so unless they are burnt off during your day They are converted and stored as fat. It's very important to manage your expectations if you are trying to reduce your body fat percentage. PORTION SIZES MATTER.

Morning everyone, As requested by you, I am running a class tomorrow (Monday 19th) so long as this snow doesn't cause disruption again with travel. So I need EVERYONE WHO IS COMING TOMORROW TO TAG THEIR NAME UNDER THIS POST PLEASE. There will be only one class at 6.45pm so booking is essential. Well done tonight ladies solid effort from both classes 😃😃. Weigh in and measurements next week for whoever wants them as we are heading into week 4.
