Due to the status red warning issued by Met Éireann, in effect from Wednesday night, the clinic will be closed on Thursday. We will endeavour to contact all clients booked in by Thursday morning. Further updates to follow. Stay safe everyone
Teenage Pilates Classes running every Tuesday from 4.30pm in The Apex. Places are now available. If you are interested please contact Physio Matters on 085-8462863
There will be no Pilates in The Scouts Den Graiguenamanagh tonight due to unforeseen circumstances. Class will resume next Tuesday the 16th.
Opening hours: Thursday 10-8pm. Friday 9-8pm. Saturday 9-1pm. We will then reopen on Tuesday 2nd, back to our usual time 8am-8pm.
The clinic will be closed on Saturday from 1:00 until Thursday 28th Dec @ 10:00. There are still some appointments available this evening and tomorrow if needed. We would like to wish all our customers a very Happy Christmas!
