Mickey was a fisherman for over twenty years and began handling wild salmon when he was 10 years old growing up in the salmon obsessed village of Ballyhack. Over the years he has perfected the art of smoking salmon in an old artisan smoker which was used to smoke wild salmon in the 1950's. Here at Ballyhack Smokehouse we assure you the customer a high class product at a competitive price.
