Bosch Cascade Boiler Install
Just finished this install in a large house recently. System comprises 2 Bosch GB162 50KW boilers on a cascade frame with a weather compensated heating circuit and hot water priority to 3 remote cylinders around the home. Twin booster set by Grundfos. All heating pumps by Grundfos. Heating pressurisation set by Grundfos. Boilers come complete with low loss header and insulation kit. System piped with multi - layer alupipe and hydraulic press fittings and suspended with Uni-strut mounting system. Twin flues ducted through concrete floor from basement
Spacious en-suite
High spec large en-suite bathroom installation
Cast iron radiators
Sectional cast iron radiators supplied & installed in period house. Radiators were lifted into rooms in sections & assembled on site due to the weight of each radiator. Each section is almost 16kg dry. Radiators almost 1mt high & weighing up to 340kg dry weight when assembled. Traditional antique brass valves used. Modern high tech control via Heatmiser Neo smart stat & phone app
Under-floor heating upgrade
Existing radiator heating system removed, floors removed and new UFH system installed. Floors insulated with high density insulation, pipes laid on top and liquid screed installed by Specialist screed company. Rooms zoned individually & controlled via Heatmiser Neo stat with smart phone app
Shower room upgrade
Recent Shower room upgrade done in Ranelagh. All building & Plumbing works by Lee Heating
Trench radiator
Jaga Mini Canal fan assisted trench radiator retro fitted in period house. Controlled via Heatmiser Neo stat with smart phone app
