This hilarious musical show, based on the hit movie, centres on the lives of three office workers who turn the tables on their sexist boss. With wonderful dialogue and great musical numbers including Backwood Barbie, Shine like the Sun and of course, 9 to 5, this show promises to be a great night’s entertainment for the whole family. The musical will run for three days in Prosperous Theatre, from Thursday March 30th – Saturday, April 1st. The Thursday and Friday performances will commence at 7.30pm sharp each night, while there will be two performances staged on the Saturday, a matinee at 2pm, followed by an evening performance at 7.30pm. Well done to St.Farnan's 1st and 2nd year boys and girls who competed in the South Leinster School's Cross-Country Championships in Stradbally Co.Laois on Wednesday 1st February. All of our students put in superb performances despite the freezing temperatures, rain and strong winds. There was some serious running from Rory Moran from the minor boys team who finished 29th in the 1500m race. Also well done to Kevin Campbell and Conor Murphy finishing 50th and 57th respectively in their gruelling 3000m race. Pictured are the girls from the school's minor team who also ran well and enjoyed the day!
