Jan 2017 has just passed. Congrats to all that are working on improving their health 👏 if you feel things are working stick at it your doing great! If you feel your lacking something have a read.. Are you training at the minute? 1,Have you a plan? What is the plan? 2, Is it structured? 3, Is it realistic? 4, Is it attainable? 5,Is it the right plan to suit you? Example a; 1, yes. Hypertrophy 2, yes, 4 days a week for 12 weeks. 3, 4 weekly, one hour sessions. 4, yes, I structure it to fit into my lifestyle. I have time for my family, work, occasions I like to go to, I enjoy the plan and see myself improving etc. 5, yes, I know my tonic and phasic areas, i am working on them, I know the goals I want to achieve. I am achieving them. Example b; 1, yes. Fat loss, weight loss, hypertrophy and power. 2, yes 6 days a week. 12 weeks. 3, I want to loose 3 stone in a week. I also want to gain 10 lbs of muscle. I want to do an iron man in 3 weeks! 😊 4, I think I pretty much have to eat grass for the rest of my life. I'm not happy about that.😢 5, I work 40 hours a week, I travel for 10 hours a week to work, I have a family, I have many commits outside of the gym. I want to quit this program. 🤕 Example c, 1, no. 😳 2, no. 🙄 3, I don't have a plan 🙈 4, 😨 5, 🤔 3 different examples. There are 1000s more you and I could do. I am currently looking for someone who is willing to work 1 to 1 with me, or 2 to 1 with me. Interested? please do not hesitate to contact me. Ps, it will require effort and wiliness to make lifestyle changes, but it will be realistic! It will fit into your lifestyle. There will be progress. It will be slow and it will take time. It will not be, abs in 10mins, no I lost 2 stone in 1 week, No magic pills. No 😤 Congrats if you read this 👏💪

Spending some time exercising but not getting the progress you want? Take some time out, grab a sheet of paper and answer these few questions. What is your goal? Short/medium and long term. Are you currently on a training program? If so, what is the training program geared towards? I.E fat loss, strength, hypertrophy etc. Is it working? Have I worked on my nutrition? (NB this does not mean eating chicken,rice and broccoli for the rest of your life!) that's just 🙄 If you can't give definite answers to these questions, or not getting the answers you wish you could have? Then maybe it's time to have a rethink on your plans. Two notes to take from this, 1, A goal without a plan, Is just a wish. 2, There is no quick fix, change takes time, honesty to your self and commitment to your plans. Thanks Fintan.
