New year classes at Stadium Karate start Wednesday January 4th 6.15-7.15pm for under 12 and 7pm -8.45pm over 12's. Classes Monday,Wednesday and Friday's, classes 5 euro per class or 10 euro per week.New members always welcome, come join a friendly, winning team and achieve your goals, wether it's to get fit, to get confident, to compete in competition karate, for discipline or for self defence. Stadium karate is a member of WKFI( Wado Kai Federation of Ireland) and ONAKAI karates national governing body in Ireland.
