" tired of being fat & ugly just be ugly " this is a gym advert in Cork Ireland and England too. My personal opinion of this advert is that it's insulting & disgraceful! It's so offensive and I considerate to those who are already self conscious & insecure . Majority of people join a gym to get healthier or to lose weight as they feel unhappy sad and are trying to better themselves. The first time i saw this ad i wad genuinely so shocked I think that this ad would only put you down insult you and make you feel worse. If you're taking a positive step stay away from negative insulting narcissistic people like this and keep your positivity flowing ✌ don't leave them discourage you! Shoulders!! Yesterday I weight trained my shoulders which was difficult as my upper body was already severly suffering with DOMS😂 ✔ Dumbbell shoulder press 8kg each hand 4 sets of 8 Reps ✔ Upright bench Smith machine shoulder press @ 20kg 4 sets x 6 reps ✔ military press with a barbell 20kg 3 sets x 6 reps ✔ frontal raises 4 sets x 8reps ✔ lateral raises 4 sets x 8 Reps ✔ shoulder press machine 4 sets x 8 Reps Feels good today 👌👌

I always told self 'TOMORROW' I always started exercising and eating strict and a few days or even hours in.." ah nahhh I'll starts tomorrow.. " and I continuously had to start over again and again resulting in a negative cycle that kept repeating itself with no results as I never really stuck with it . Do you resemble with this?? One day I woke up and I are bad half way through the day I had enough I threw my bad food in the bin literally and I said" I can't keep saying tomorrow, if I don't start right now I never will" and when just was mentally readying took on the challenge for the healthy eating and starting seeking results after week or so of determination!!! Re feed & refuel this morning after fasted cardio. ✔ Organic oats with unsweetened almond milk organic meridian peanut butter & chocolate pb flavour drops!🍽🍚 Fasted cardio consisted of; ☞Treadmill running sprints on incline ☞Cross trainer bursts of high speed ☞Bike on high incline with speed sprints too Ready to take on the day while my body is still burning fat from that session!💪💚
