Great session this morning at CrossFit 3640 in La Paz, Bolivia the highest CrossFit box in the world at over 4,000 metres above sea level! You can definitely feel it too! 10 min EMOM of 5 snatch pulls, 2 power snatch and 1 snatch got real spicy when I couldn't breath! Then a little gymnastics wod of arch rocks, hollow rocks and Russian twists. Thanks to Nazur for a fun session!

Monday motivation, do what you love and love what you do! This was my first time snatching anyway heavy in over a year due to a bad knee injury. I love to compete, so being so restricted for the last year was tough to say the least, but patience and time gets you there. This was a good bit off my PB snatch but this was probably the best feeling of all. I absolutely loved competing with my Red Iron team at the filthy 150 the atmosphere was incredible and there's no other sport that gives you support like CrossFit regardless of who you are, where you're from everyone's on your side! I wish there was a picture of what I could see right at this moment because it was amazing!

2015 Vs 2016, James has put in serious time on his training in the past 12months as well as really reining in his nutrition and today was proof that it's all paying off, this time last year he weighed in at 106kg, and had a max snatch of 50kg and clean and jerk of 70kg, today he weighed in at 10kgs lighter, and snatched 78kg and clean and jerked105kg (comfortably). Days like today I realise how lucky I am to work with such dedicated athletes! Excited to see where he'll be in another 12 months!
