I am still making cupcakes to order though, and once a month I do a special with a mixed box of 6 different flavours
I'm Kelly Cope and I run Crafty Confections, a home-based business, in Midleton, Ireland.
I specialise in the finest quality cakes for landmark celebrations and special occasions, and only accept a limited number of commissions each week.
Every cake is made with the utmost care and attention to detail, with the same amount of time and thought put in, whether it is a wedding cake or a 1st birthday cake. Due to this, my cakes start from €100 for single tier, and €160 for a 2 tier; and 3D sculpted cakes from €150. For wedding cake prices, please enquire, but they generally start from €350 for a 3-tier and €400 for a 4-tier cake.
Bookings are only held when confirmed with a €50 non-refundable deposit (this is unfortunately due to having been let down numerous times with last-minute cancellations, after having turned away other orders)
Delivery is only available on wedding cakes and large corporate orders at this time.

This year it falls on a Wednesday so do I.... a) do my Valentines cupcake boxes for the nearest Saturday (10th or 17th?) like I usually do, with collections from my house OR b)have a stall in Market Green on Wednesday 14th Feb (bearing in mind Wednesdays are generally a quiet shopping day, so footfall through the centre would not be anything like it is on a Saturday) Which would you prefer? Today - Thursday - is the last day I'm accepting orders for chocolate biscuit cake Christmas puddings, so if you've not ordered yours yet, be quick! They are €25 for a 2pint pud, and make a great gift or Christmas dessert 🎅 You can collect from my stand in Market Green on Christmas eve (but if needed earlier next week, thats no problem, just let me know 😁)
This Christmas Eve I will be in Market Green Shopping Centre from 10am-5pm (unless we sell out sooner, then I'll be home to throw on some Christmas pjs and have a glass of something sparkly! :D ), selling a selection of cupcakes - see my earlier post for the flavours I'll have - and for collection of my Christmas pudding-shaped Belgian chocolate biscuit cakes. Pre-ordering is recommended to ensure you get the cupcakes you want, but I will have a few extra for those spur of the moment purchases! I will have my lovely daughter assisting me this time, though she's a bit shy, so be gentle with her! :) Looking forward to seeing all my lovely customers there! 😁🎅

Festive ribbons and tags for my Christmas pudding-shaped Belgian chocolate biscuit cakes! Last date to order a pudding is next Friday 15th December, they are €25 each for a 2 pint pudding and they can be collected from my stand in Market Green shopping centre on Christmas eve (though if you need one sooner, that's no problem, just let me know!). My first orders for these are going out tomorrow. "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.....!" 🎅
I have some very exciting news! Many of you have been asking if I'm doing Christmas cupcakes this year, and I am very pleased to announce that I will have a stand inside Market Green shopping Centre on CHRISTMAS EVE! I will have 9 cupcake flavours, plus my Belgian Chocolate biscuit puddings for collections. The cupcake flavours will be: 1. Banoffee 2. Nutella 3. Mince Pie & Custard 4. Chocolate Orange 5. Chocolate & Salted Caramel 6. Boston Cream 7. Raspberry & White Chocolate 8. Strawberry & Cream 9. Baileys Irish cream Collect your cupcakes christmas eve and they will be perfect Christmas day (if they last that long! 🤣), the plastic boxes keep them lovely and fresh. I highly recommend pre-ordering your cupcakes (Chocolate Biscuit cake Christmas puddings must be pre-ordered), to be sure of getting what you want (it will also help me know how many to make!), and everyone who pre-orders their cupcakes will be entered into a competition to win 12 cupcakes (to be collected from me in Market Green on Christmas eve) Cupcakes are €2.50 each, or a box of 6 for €13. The CBC Christmas puddings are €25, and come gift-wrapped in cellophane with a gift tag and ribbon
