As the MISU Office is closed on Friday 2nd March due to the Red Weather Alert, nominations for the MISU Elections will open at 9am on Monday 5th March. Nomination forms will be available from the MISU Reception (Limerick campus) and Room P122 (Thurles campus). Nominations will close at 5pm on Friday 9th March. Candidates cannot start campaigning for the Elections until after they have met with the MISU Returning Officer, Andrew Mann, on Monday 12th March.

***NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS*** MIC Limerick will close from 9pm tonight (Wednesday 28th February) and will re-open on Monday 5th March at 8am. Due to bad weather conditions in Tipperary, MIC Thurles will close as of 3pm today and will re-open on Monday 5th March at 8am.

MIC BALL UPDATE Met Eireann has issued a RED Alert warning for Munster which will cover Thursday 4pm to Friday 12 noon. Due to this RED warning being in effect we have had to postpone the MIC Ball due to take place in the Strand Hotel on Thursday night. This event will now take place on Tuesday 13th March. All tickets purchased for this event will remain valid for the new date. Please note this status relates to the MIC Ball! Please keep an eye on the college Facebook page for an official update in relation to this RED warning.
