Hello everyone and I hope you are all doing ok in this never ending lockdown 🧚‍♀️ I haven’t been very active online in terms of work and when the salon would reopen as like everyone I really didn’t know but after last nights announcement we have more of an idea as to what the next few months (not weeks 😫) are going to look like. July 20th (stage 4) is when those of us in the Beauty Industry may be able to return to work, in line with government guidelines. . How beauty treatments will be carried out will be different, with smaller numbers of people on premises, and both client and therapist wearing protective coverings etc. . Hygiene and safety for both clients and Therapists always was and will be even more so important when we reopen so you might not recognise me in my new uniform 🥼 . All that said when it is possible to safely work again, I will be sooo happy to look after everyone and we will still have the great chats and laughs we always do and I am sure we will have some funny stories to share from our lockdown. I know I have a few 😂 . In the meantime, please stay safe everyone..PLEASE follow social distancing rules and for the love of god DON’T pluck all your eyebrows off!!!!! Sandra X 🧚‍♀️

To all my wonderful, loyal & valued clients, after careful consideration I have made the decision to turn off the wax pot, put down the tweezers and close The Brow Fairy until further notice due to Covid-19 and the efforts we are making to repress the spread of this virus. I am currently in the process of contacting all my clients for this coming week and intend to take this on a week by week basis and follow the guidelines of the HSE. This is an extremely tough time for us small businesses and it wasn’t an easy decision to close. It’s worrying not knowing what the next few weeks will hold. Fingers crossed if everyone pulls together now we can get through this sooner rather than later. But for now keep safe and well Sandra X P.S. Hygiene, health and safety has ALWAYS been of the utmost importance to The Brow Fairy 🦠 As this has gotten serious and is now on our doorstep, I would ask that everyone proceeds with caution. If you think at all, that you have been in contact with someone who may have Covid - 19, or has travelled to/from a country that has this virus, or are feeling any bit unwell, PLEASE just CANCEL your appointment & keep yourself safe at home 🦠 Basic standards such as Washing hands regularly and using sanitizer were common practise way before the virus sparked a widespread urgency to abide by such common practises in the workplace 🦠 We do have to ensure i play my part in combating this epidemic. For that reason i will ask all clients to wash and or sanitise their hands pre & post Brows 🦠 I hope that nobody will take this personally and rather know that it’s just being extra cautious as I work so close to you 🦠

Ideally we are looking for a Beauty therapist/Beautician/Brow Artist/Wax Therapist or Makeup artist with minimum 1 years experience in their field. 🔔 Little update as I kinda had to drop off the face of the planet there a few weeks early but I haven’t even had baby Fairy yet and I already really miss all my clients so much ❤️ The chats, laughs, stories, gossip, catching up and of course fab brows we do 😊 It’s been a tuff enough few weeks having to take early Mat leave because of a few dodgy ailments of mine but almost there and I have managed to keep baby Fairy in for a bit longer 🙏🏽🧚‍♀️💝 and fear not, Terry the terror (my now shadow) and his new cousin is doing a great job minding me 🤪🐶 If only I could do eyebrows lying down............. from my bed............ at home ............... Ok maybe not 🤪 but I can manage the diary 📔 With me out of action and the super Fairy AnnMarie just back from her well deserved holidays it is a bit chocoblock but we are trying our best to get people in. June is FULLY BOOKED, so please please please ladies if you can not make your appointment let me know ASAP! I have an extensive cancelation list with people only delighted to get an appointment. With the move to my new wonderful Brow HQ things have just got even busier, so until I find my next BROW QUEEN I am only taking on very few new clients for July (limited appointments). No shows......... 😡 need I say anymore about that but please respect my time. I am a stickler for timing and all appointment times are SHARP including patch test appointments, anything more than 10 mins late for a brow appointment means a reschedule. Patch tests are done in between clients so your appointment time is also sharp. Totally understand that things can happen but with my next client soon in the door after you and you are late I can't give you the full time your brows need.
