Prepare together for a really positive birth with our Gentlebirth workshops. Our workshops are focused on removing the fear of birth and replacing it with a confidence & helping you to prepare for the birth of your baby so that you are both feeling excited about the big day. Your partner will learn lots of physical comfort measures to help you (including massage techniques, acupressure, use of essential oils, birth positions, breathing etc) while at the same time learning about what is best practise when it comes to birthing and how to achieve this through the use of birth plans, communicating with your midwife etc. Class groups are kept small and held at our own studio. Our next workshop is 11th & 12th Feb, Naas, Kildare. For more information please contact me at info@nurturingmamas.ie and to book your place www.gentlebirth.com/tricianugent
