Bread and butter pudding for dinner! This one has bacon, sun dried tomato and cheddar. Cut crusts off bread and butter it. Put butter side down in an oven dish. Add filling of choice. Add more bread and some more filling. Top with layer of bread with butter side up and some cheese. Whisk eggs with some milk or cream, salt & pepper, pour over the bread. Other fillings such as smoked salmon, dill and grated courgette are good. Or ham, mushroom, thyme and tomato Enjoy!!
