Home made Banana bread by Margaret. Delicious and moist, this banana bread is a special treat for any time. Very light with delicate banana flavor and not too sweet. Personally I love to slice it and pop it in a low heat oven with some real butter but can also be served with cream, custard, ice cream or would compliment any of your favourite desserts. You can purchase this and many other breads and cakes from the Friary church market in Kildare each Thursday.
