Due to the introduction of the Companies Act 2014, all private limited companies must convert into a new type of company under the Act and this must be done within 18 months. This period ends on the 31st August for Designated Activity Companies (DAC) and the 30th November 2016 for Private Limited Company by Shares (LTD) with most companies opting to convert to LTD companies. Coonan Cawley Solicitors Naas are delighted to offer a free consultation for companies to advise and assist during the conversion process.
