Delegates are reminded to bring back any proposals their clubs might have with regards to how we run our Inter County trials. We wish all our clubs a successful 2017.

Well done Marian Courtney on finishing 2nd in the National Strokeplay today in St. Stephens, Co. Cork. Also Chrissie Byrne who was unfortunate to be beaten on the back 2 holes to 3rd place by Eleneor Walsh.
Well done to Christy Hannon of St. Bridgets on his second place finish in the Intermediate grade of the Over 55s National Strokeplay.
Massive congratulations to Dina Dillon of St. Bridgets, Kildares latest National Champion. What an achievement to win the National Seniors Junior title in Fermoy. A deserving and popular winner..no doubt!!
Kildare teams for the upcoming Leinster Inter County Championships are as follows: Senior Gents: Darren Keogh, Joe Ronan, Frank Ryan, Ian Dillon, Anthony Ryan, Owen Farrell. Senior Ladies: Chrissie Byrne, Marian Courtney, Tara Dillon, Rose Kelly, Mairead o Toole, Lily Slattery. Inter Gents: Anthony Ryan, Christy Hannon, Sean Kearney, Owen Farrell, Paddy Philips, John Doran. Inter Ladies: Mary Sherry, Catherine Smith, Bernie Dunne, Martina Loakman. Junior Gents: Ger Twohig, Martin Russell, Gerry Doyle, John Kennedy, Stan McManaman, Emmett Doran. Junior Ladies: Teresa o Keeffe, Dina Dillon, Anne Sweeney, Emma Hanlon. Managers have been appointed to each grade: Sean Kearney will look after the Senior teams, Jessie Dunne the Inters and James Seery the Juniors. The mangers will be in touch soon to help in any way they can with preparations for the competition. Best of luck to all in the competition!!
