Was honoured to be asked to be involved in this project in memory of Peadar Clancy who was involved in the 1916 rising at the GPO in Dublin for the Peadar Clancy festival in cranny this weekend. It was an honour to carve such an historical piece especially as this year we are celebrating the 100th year anniversery of the rising. Delighted also to have worked with the very talented Seamus Connolly who did the wonderful bronze carving you see on the plaque. Definitely one of my favourite projects to date.

We were commissioned to create a fitting memorial to the memory of more then 2000 victims of the famine who are buried in unmarked graves in Ennis. it was commissioned by The Clare Roots society.
