Looking to start Crossfit.. We are holding our January Fundamentals class this Thursday at 7:30 pm These classes will run over the next two weeks Thursday,Tuesday, Thursday Our fundamentals class is aimed at beginners looking to start Crossfit, we teach you all the basic movements in crossfit we teach you how to do these movements safely and with proper form. By the end of the 3 classes you are eligible to join in on our standard classes as a full member. To book at spot private message the page with your name and phone number.
