Wafer Paper Flowers :) 100% edible.
For cakes, cupcakes and cookies :) I am confectioner with 12 years experience included 6 years like a cake designer.
For 12 years I have gained experience in various fields of confectionery.
My first wafer paper rose was made for my daughter's birthday cake. She really like to eat decorations from the cakes, but usualy they are made from sugar paste. I don't want her to have eaten too much sugar, so I tried to do something healthier, now she love my wafer paper flowers :) and that was the beginning!
I really love what I do and I would like to share my love for "edible art" with others.
